Light stabilizer NL-100

Light Stabilizer NL-100 is a multifunctional additive tailored for processing of polyamides(nylon).it can significantly improve the polyamides’melt processing stability,long term stability and light stability;it has outstanding compatibility and low volatility which can meet the high temperature processing request of polyamide resins;in addition stabilizer NL-100 can improve the apparent property of polyamide fiber and nylon injection molded products with smooth surface.

Applications and characteristics:

• Light stabilizer NL-100 can improve the melt processing operations of polyamides;

• Light stabilizer NL-100 enhance long-term heat and photo-stability;

• Light stabilizer NL-100 increase the polyamides affinity for acid dyes
  both due to basic groups and π-interactions,Light stabilizer NL-100  enable economical,ecological and deeper topical dyeing;

• polyamide materials which contains Light stabilizer NL-100 can be used in the moulding of nylon articles and for production of nylon 6 and nylon 66 fibers for carpet manufacture;it is effectively combined with Diphosphonite antioxidant(CAS NO.:119345-01-and (23949-66-8) to minimise discoloration and to enhance UV stability of polyamides, respectively.
