Applications:

• Chain extender SADR-4370S a polymeric chain extender with high epoxy functionality.it can  react with the terminal hydroxyl group,terminal carboxyl group and terminal amino group of PLA、PPC、PBS、PHA、PBT、PET、PA、PC and biodegradable polyesters plastics at the normal operation temperature.re-coupling of the broken chains by heating or hydrolyzation can be reformed by this kind of reaction.this results in higher molecular weight and melting strength of the products which make the resins with better processing and mechanical properties;

• Chain extender SADR-4370S is a versatile chain extender/compatibilizer with high epoxy functionality.this allows for rapid reaction with condensation thermoplastics,resulting in higher molecular weight;

• Chain extender SADR-4370S is a polymeric coupling agent that reacts with degraded polymers to restore the original molecular weight as well as Intrinsic viscosity and melt viscosity;

• Recycled plastics can be upgraded to be with good quality by chain extender SADR-4370S;

• Chain extender SADR-4370S can be used during processing to increase the melt strength of polyesters or polyamide(nylon).this is useful in extrusion applications;

• Chain extender SADR-4370S is not approved for food contact in PET

Recommended Dosage:

• PLA、PPC、PBS、PHA and biodegradable polyesters:0.2%~1.5%.

• Recycled Condensation polymers such as PET、PBT、PC、PA: 0.2%~2.0%
