Application and characteristics:

• Antioxidant 300 (SANTONOX equivalent CAS NO.:96-69-5)is a non-staining, non-discoloring antioxidant for natural and synthetic elastomers and adhesives.

• Antioxidant 300 (SANTONOX equivalent CAS NO.:96-69-5) is an antioxidant in HDPE LDPE for tubes,water and gas pipes,connectors,greenhouse films etc;

• Antioxidant 300 (SANTONOX equivalent  CAS NO.:96-69-5) is especially excellent antioxidant for high voltage cables and because of its low volatility, compared with BHT and quinones which has high volatility.

• Antioxidant 300(SANTONOX equivalent CAS NO.:96-69-5) is used as a polymerisation and processing stabilizer for PP,ABS,PVC,EPDM and pulybutadiens etc;
  Antioxidant 300(SANTONOX equivalent CAS NO.:96-69-5) is anti-skinning agent for holt melt adhesives;

• Antioxidant 300 (SANTONOX equivalent  CAS NO.:96-69-5) is anti-scorching agent for polyurethanes during condensation of TDI on polyesters;

The magnificent synergistic effect with other additives as following:

• synergistic effect With carbon black:regular hindered phenol and hindered amine antioxidants (such as 1010, TCA, DNP)can be absorbed by the surface of carbon black when are used together with carbon black.this antagonistic effect will reduce the stability of the polymer. But it is completely different for sulfur-containing hindered phenol antioxidant.when Antioxidant 300 (SANTONOX equivalent  CAS NO.:96-69-5) be used together with carbon black they are transferred into chemical compounds with greater antioxidant efficacy under the catalysis of carbon black that enhances stability of the polymer.

• synergistic effect With other antioxidant such as 1010,TCA,DNP: different formulations can be made according to customer’s special request which can reduce the cost but can enhance the comprehensive staility of the polymer and finished goods.

• synergistic effect with UV absorber which enhance the heat resistance,stability and shelf life of the products
