• Accelerator AS-100 is diisopropyl xanthogen polysulphide, the structure of which is completely free from nitrogen, phosphorus and metallic elements.

• Accelerator AS-100 is a FDA approved accelerator for use in NR, synthetic polyisoprene and NBR where formation of N-Nitrosamines and Type IV allergens from conventional accelerators are of prime concern. The vulcanisates obtained with AS-100 are transparent and free from copper staining.

• Accelerator AS-100 is recommended for use as a primary and secondary accelerator in the presence of low levels of sulphur. It also acts as a sulphur donor.

• Accelerator AS-100  has great synergism effect with other accelerators particularly TBzTD, MBTS and TBBS either in the presence or absence of elemental sulphur
